Federal Acquisition Regulation; Improvement in Design-Build Construction Process

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and NASA are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a new rule requiring the approval of contracting officials for design-build construction projects valued over $4 million, where more than five bidders are invited to submit phase-two proposals.
