DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Revision to Standard Forms for Bonds

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing changes to the Standard Forms used in contracts involving bonds and financial protections to clarify liability limitations and expand options for organization types.
