U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Dentons' Intervention in Laser Abraded Denim Garments Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting Dentons US LLP permission to participate in the investigation, allowing the firm to seek reconsideration and/or Commission review of the initial decision.
