U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Tech21 Investigation Termination

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that terminated an investigation into Tech21 UK Limited due to the withdrawal of a complaint, effectively ending the investigation in its entirety.
