USITC Reverses Part of Windshield Wipers Decision, Remands Investigation

The US International Trade Commission has decided to partially reverse a 2015 decision regarding Certain Windshield Wipers and Components Thereof, and has ordered the investigation to be remanded to the Administrative Law Judge.
