US Patent and Trademark Office Launches Post-Prosecution Pilot Program to Enhance Patent Practice

The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is launching a Post-Prosecution Pilot Program (P3) to test its impact on patent practice after a final rejection and before a notice of appeal, in response to stakeholder input gathered during public forums.
