FCC Service Rules for Advanced Wireless Services H Block Approved for Three Years

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to revise its forms related to the Advanced Wireless Services H Block, which was established under the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012. The revisions will take effect on a date to be determined, following a notice published in the Federal Register on January 17, 2014.
