DISH Network Corporation Petition for Waiver and Request for Extension of Time

The Federal Communications Commission granted DISH Network Corporation waivers to use 20 megahertz of AWS-4 spectrum for uplink or downlink operations, subject to certain conditions, after DISH filed a petition for waiver and requested an extension of time.
