FCC to Expand Online Public File Obligations to Cable and Satellite Providers, Radio Licensees

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a rulemaking proposal that would require cable and satellite providers, as well as radio licensees, to post their public and political files online, building on existing requirements for television stations.
