Media Bureau Asks for Comments on Draft Form for Reimbursement of TV Broadcaster Relocation Costs

The Federal Communications Commission's Media Bureau is seeking public input on a draft form that TV broadcasters will use to claim reimbursement for relocation costs after being reassigned to new channels following the Incentive Auction, and whether certain information on the form should be kept confidential.
