FDA Clears Vagifem for Continued Sale After Review

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has concluded that Vagifem (estradiol) vaginal tablets, 25 micrograms, was not withdrawn from the market due to safety or efficacy concerns, allowing the drug to remain available for future abbreviated new drug applications (ANDAs).
