FDA Exempts Mica-Based Pearlescent Pigments from Certification Requirements
The FDA is amending its regulations to allow the safe use of mica-based pearlescent pigments in various food and beverage products, following petitions from EMD Millipore Corp. and Signature Brands, LLC.
