FDA Announces Fiscal Year 2016 Rates for Outsourcing Facility Fees

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released the fiscal year 2016 rates for establishment and reinspection fees for human drug compounding outsourcing facilities that have registered under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), including a small business establishment fee of $5,203 and a reinspection fee of $15,610.
