FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Microbiological Testing and Corrective Measures in Bottled Water

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule requiring domestic and foreign bottled water manufacturers to maintain records of microbiological testing and corrective measures, in addition to existing requirements, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
