FDA Announces Exemption from Premarket Notifications for Autosomal Recessive Carrier Screening Gene Mutation Detection Systems

The FDA is seeking public comments on its proposal to exempt autosomal recessive carrier screening gene mutation detection systems from premarket notification requirements, subject to certain limitations, for use in adults of reproductive age
