Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Applicant Information Form

The Federal Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Justice Information Services Division is seeking OMB approval to extend its currently approved Applicant Information Form collection, which is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requirements.
