Executive Office for Immigration Review to Review and Update Fees for Immigration Applications

The Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is proposing to increase fees for certain immigration applications, appeals, and motions, which have not been updated in 33 years, and will conduct a fee review to determine the new fees.
