DOJ's ATF Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is requesting OMB approval for a new information collection, following a previously approved form, ATF Form 3252.5, which will be reactivated for suitability purposes.
