ATF Requests OMB Review and Approval of Revised Information Collection for ATF Form 6140.3

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is seeking public comments on a revised version of ATF Form 6140.3, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, following a correction of grammatical errors, updates to numerical fields, and additional instructions to ensure proper form completion.
