Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for PACT Act Registration Form-ATF Form 5070.1

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request for the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act Registration Form-ATF Form 5070.1, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
