U.S. Department of Justice Announces Plan to Develop New Federal Correctional Institution and Prison Camp

The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, has submitted a notice of intent to prepare a draft supplemental final environmental impact statement for the development of a new Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp on vacant land at the United States Penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kansas.
