Department of Justice Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Federal Firearms License Application Form

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comment on the renewal of its Federal Firearms License (FFL) application form, ATF Form 8 (5310.11) Part II, which is currently approved under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
