DEA Implements Changes to Controlled Substances Act Regulations

The Drug Enforcement Administration has issued an interim final rule to align its regulations with the statutory amendments to the Controlled Substances Act, made by the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, regarding marihuana and other cannabinoids.
