DEA Finalizes Rule to Strengthen Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection

The Drug Enforcement Administration has finalized a rule to prevent the illegal distribution and dispensing of controlled substances through the internet, as mandated by the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act of 2008, and reinstates amendments that were previously removed.
