DOJ Submits Information Collection Request for Drug Questionnaire Reinstatement

The Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, is seeking OMB approval to reinstate a previously approved collection, the Drug Questionnaire, as part of its ongoing efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
