FMCSA Proposes Changes to Vision Exemption Program for Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is proposing changes to the eligibility requirements for the Vision Exemption Program, which allows individuals to operate commercial motor vehicles without meeting all vision standards, in an effort to maintain a level of safety equivalent to or greater than the existing criteria.
