Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Proposes Revision to General Administrative Regulations

The FCIC is proposing to revise its General Administrative Regulations to incorporate interpretations of procedures and provide a mechanism for interpreting policy provisions, aiming to bring consistency and clarity to its processes and make it easier for requestors to request final agency determinations or interpretations of FCIC procedures.
