Federal Departments Revise Hydropower License Hearing Procedures

The Departments of Agriculture, Interior, and Commerce are updating the procedures for expedited hearings on hydropower licenses, which were established in 2005, to resolve disputes over material facts and consider alternative conditions and prescriptions.
