Broadband Opportunity Council Seeks Public Comment on Regulatory Barriers and Investment Opportunities

The Broadband Opportunity Council, established by the Presidential Memorandum Expanding Broadband Deployment and Adoption, is requesting public comment to inform its deliberations on removing regulatory barriers and increasing broadband investment and adoption in communities.
