Commodity Credit Corporation and Farm Service Agency Extend Comment Period for Biomass Crop Assistance Program Rule

The Commodity Credit Corporation and the Farm Service Agency have extended the comment period for the final rule amending the Biomass Crop Assistance Program regulations, allowing the public more time to provide input on the changes required by the 2014 Farm Bill.
