US Rule Amends Conservation Reserve Program Regulations to Implement 2014 Farm Bill Provisions

The US Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency (FSA) has published a rule amending the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) regulations to implement provisions of the 2014 Farm Bill, primarily affecting new CRP offers and contracts, while also providing additional options for existing contracts and multiple FSA and Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) programs.
