GIPSA Proposes Posting and Deposting of 17 Stockyards Under Packers and Stockyards Act

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is taking steps to post and depost 17 stockyards currently subject to the Packers and Stockyards Act, while also posting eight previously identified stockyards and deposting one that no longer meets the definition of a stockyard.
