US Department of Labor Announces PY 2019 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Wagner-Peyser Act Allotments

The US Department of Labor has announced allotments for PY 2019 for WIOA Title I Youth, Adult and Dislocated Worker Activities programs, as well as final allotments for Employment Service activities under the Wagner-Peyser Act and Workforce Information Grants to States for PY 2019. The allotments are based on formulas defined in their respective statutes, with some exceptions for the Outlying Areas due to the Department of Defense and Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations Act, 2019 and Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019.
