Establishment and Renewal of Advisory Board on Toxic Substances and Worker Health

The Advisory Board on Toxic Substances and Worker Health was established on July 2, 2015, under the Federal Advisory Committee Act, and its charter was renewed for two years by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with Section 14(b)(2) of FACA, allowing the Board to continue advising the Secretary on various matters related to worker health and safety.
