Department of Labor Solicits Comments on Proposed Revision to Financial Report Form ETA-9130

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration is seeking public input on a proposed revision to its authority to collect data from employers using the Financial Report Form ETA-9130, as part of its efforts to minimize paperwork and reduce respondent burden, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
