U.S. Department of Labor Proposes Regulations to Clarify Religious Exemption for Federal Government Contracts

The U.S. Department of Labor is proposing new regulations to clarify the scope of the religious exemption under Executive Order 11246 for organizations with Federal Government contracts and subcontracts, as well as federally assisted construction contracts and subcontracts.
