US Department of Labor Issues Final Rule for Drug Testing of Unemployment Compensation Applicants

The US Department of Labor is issuing a final rule allowing states to conduct drug testing on unemployment compensation applicants, following amendments to the Social Security Act made by the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012.
