NOAA Amends Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions for Scientific Integrity in Fisheries Management

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has finalized an action to enhance the integrity of scientific information used in fisheries management, building on the President's 2009 memo on Scientific Integrity and NOAA's own Administrative Order 202-735D.
