EPA Corrects Errors in Maryland Air Quality Implementation Plan Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected errors in its August 2, 2012, approval of Maryland's air quality implementation plan, which pertains to preconstruction requirements under the Prevention of Significant Deterioration and nonattainment New Source Review programs, without altering the final approval or the September 4, 2012, effective date.
