VA and DoD Finalize Rule on Sharing Medical Information

Summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense have adopted a final rule allowing the sharing of certain medical information between the two departments, effective immediately, in accordance with a 2011 interim final rule published in the Federal Register.
