Federal Salary Council to Meet on October 19, 2012

The Federal Salary Council, an advisory body composed of Federal employee organizations and labor relations experts, will meet on October 19, 2012, to discuss the locality pay program for General Schedule employees and formulate recommendations to the President's Pay Agent.
