EPA Approves Nevada State Implementation Plan Revisions, Sets Two-Year Deadline for Corrections

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a limited approval and limited disapproval of revisions to Nevada's state implementation plan, updating the plan with current state rules governing stationary source permits and setting a two-year deadline for the state to correct deficiencies in the permitting rules.
