US Department of Housing and Urban Development Designates Difficult Development Areas for 2013

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development has designated 'Difficult Development Areas' (DDAs) for the 2013 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, following public comments on the proposed use of Small Area Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for designation.
