EPA Proposes to Codify Idaho's Hazardous Waste Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to incorporate Idaho's authorized hazardous waste management program into the federal regulations, building on the state's existing rules and regulations that were authorized as of June 11, 2012.
