EPA Approves Ohio's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved several rule revisions to Ohio's air pollution permit program, making the Permit-by-Rule provisions, Permit to Install and Operate program, and general permit program federally enforceable, in an effort to improve program efficiency while protecting human health and the environment.
