HUD Announces Operating Cost Adjustment Factors for 2013

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has issued a notice outlining operating cost adjustment factors (OCAFs) for eligible multifamily housing projects, effective for contracts renewed under Section 8 of the Multifamily Assisted Housing Reform and Affordability Act of 1997 (MAHRA), with anniversary dates on or after February 11, 2013.
