EPA Approves Maryland's Air Quality Plan for Philadelphia Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Maryland's plan to demonstrate attainment of the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard in the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Atlantic City moderate nonattainment area by June 2011.
