EPA to Respond to Texas Power Plant Permit Petition Under Proposed Consent Decree

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to respond to a petition filed by environmental groups to reconsider a permit for a Texas power plant, under a proposed consent decree in a lawsuit filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
