EPA Proposes Authorization for Texas' Hazardous Waste Program Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to authorize Texas' state-initiated changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended, and to incorporate the program into the federal Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
