EPA Approves Delaware Air Quality Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control's State Implementation Plan, exempting certain internal combustion engines from permit requirements, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
